I am unable to send out email using Thunderbird. I am using Windows 10 Pro and have had no problems in receiving e-mail. I tried going to the webmail site but it only flashes and will not load.

Do you have any suggestions?

    I was able to get Thunderbird to send out email and I went to the TWC & Roadrunner Webmail to bring up the webmail I needed.
