Issue with modem

I have issue with my modem,

it automatically disconnected from internet and i need to restart it to recover every few minutes.

    Welcome to Community Forums! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing connectivity issues, we are happy to look into this for you. Are you wired or wireless? Are you using the Spectrum wireless router? Or do you have your own router connected?
