Spectrum new remote that cam with new receiver no longer works with the guidw button, Help please

I just downgrade my account and install a Choice receiver. Now the remote problem, no longer will it work in the guide mode, pressing the button does nothing, work earlier today. What did I do wrong now

Welcome to Community Forums! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing remote issues, I am happy to look into this for you. If your remote has a CBL button at the top, please press that first then press the guide button. Let me know if that works.
