Problem downloading Spectrum antovirus

Has anyone else had trouble downloading a version of the Spectrum antivirus app? I got a new laptop and wanted to use the free antivirus protection as I had been doing on my desktop.

When I go to the download page, using Firefox, I try to select operating system (Windows) and it just pops back to "choose and operating system". Exasperated to the max I tried chat and calling support but couldn't get anyone who comprehended the problem. I was just sent directions to go to the page and click.

I tried Chrome and it worked, finally.
