The new improved email worked really well for about 1 day. Now it's gone. Now all I get is the old style email when I log in.

I do apologize for the issues. I am not aware of any known issues with the website for our email. I just checked my own personal email through Spectrum and it is working and showing the new format.
Can you try this link here to see if you have the same issue there?
That link sends me to this page: Sign In to Get Started | ID.Spectrum.net
And when I log in, I end up in my email account with the old format.
