Intermittent Outage

For days again, and this hasn't happened since the last time you sent me a replacement modem, I am experiencing random outages in the afternoon; then it's stable again. I work at home and can't have these disruptions ever.

    I do apologize for the service issues that you're experiencing. Are you using a router for the connection?
