I've tried logging into it and I keep getting code DLI-2333. I've changed my pw already. I can get into paying bill which is the same pw.
Welcome to Community Forums! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing app issues, I am happy to look into this for you. The app works in conjunction with your internet modem. Please sign out of the app, reboot the modem then sign back into the app. Let us know if this helps.
