Why does my username and password work to pay my bill but not for signin on Roku?

I can log into my account to pay or anything else there but will not work to sign into the Spectrum app on Roku? Therefore I cannot log into any other service such as NBC, Fox Etc?

    Password changes may be required occasionally as a security measure. In most cases, changing the password resolves any authentication issues. Please make sure you are choosing a unique password not used on other sites.

    Does not the password need to be same for logging into to pay my bill and logging on the streaming app?

    Changing the password will update the authentication for both. If the issue continues after changing the password, please let us know.
