Spectrum App Issues (sound and menu)


I have a new model Apple TV sold by Spectrum. Is there any fix or updates that correct the issue of sound not matching video? Seems to be worse on some channels like ESPN. Also have issues with channel guide freezing up or not allowing user to scroll through channel option. Very frustrating to say the least…

The symptoms that you describe above are usually indicative of an internet connectivity issue. Are you experiencing connectivity issues on any devices? The app works in conjunction with your internet modem. Please sign out of the app, reboot the modem then sign back into the app. If you should need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach back out!
