Spectrum app skipping on roku’s

When watching on all my Roku devices, the picture wii repeat itself for a second then skip ahead. Multiple channels, and it happens often. Is there a fix?

    The app authenticates and communicates through the modem. Can you restart the modem and try launching the app again and let us know if the issue continues?
