Can I change my Community username or delete my community account

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    You can change the username by going to the icon on the top right of the screen next to the envelope. Click on it and go to Account and Privacy Settings. Once there you can edit the username.

    Thanks for the answer Tyleen, but that was the first thing I tried and despite there being a pencil icon next to username suggesting that editing is possible, when I selected the edit pencil it gave a pop up saying, “You don’t have the permissions to edit your username.” I just tried again and I get the same pop up. Any other ideas?

    I cannot change or delete account or user name. Not crazy about an account I cannot manage.

    A community admin can help you reset your account if you need to.
