Returning phone for trade-in
Hi--I recently mailed my phone in for trade-in. However, I somehow must have left the Find My app on the phone. I received an email asking me to remove it, which I believe I succeeded in doing. However, I am supposted to put this on my "Status page". There is also something asking for an Offer Code, but when I enter the Offer Number on the email it states it is incorrect. I tried chatting with someone from Spectrum but couldn't get answers. Does anyone know how to reach Assurant? There is no phone number on the email and it is "no reply." Help! I will receive $0 for my phone (and they won't return it) if I can't get this accomplished by 10/27.
