DELETE SUB-EMAIL ACCOUNT...
I have been waiting for a sub-email account to be deleted, 8 day and counting. Nothing has happened just yet. The email account said "pending delete", what it does it mean? If you want to delete an email account, what you have to wait? There is nothing to be waiting for!!! To top this up, when you try to get help on the Spectrum chat, it is completely useless, as no person comes up to chat with you, just stupid computer prompts.
If you need really help from a human being, you need to have time and wait on the phone until someone is available to help you. Way to go Spectrum.

I don't know but maybe that has something to do with the 60 days that you have to recover it.

@HT_Greenfield is correct. There is a recovery period in case email accounts are deleted on accident or by an unauthorized individual.
