Anyone else having problem with playing back recordings using Xumo/Cloud DVR?
We just installed Xumo and activated Cloud DVR. We figured out how to schedule recordings, but the shows do not show up as completed recordings. They just show up as scheduled recordings. While chatting with support, I was told that this was a known issue and that they were working on it. No promise of when it would be resolved. I asked if other customers were affected by this and the agent said it did and that I would just need to wait until the problems was fixed. Just wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone has run into this problems. I asked how would customers know when the problem was fixed and the response I got was that I could check the Spectrum website for updates, but I can't find anything on it about this.

I do apologize for this inconvenience. Once the issue is resolved the MySpectrum App and website will have the update.
