Cable box DVR

I have shows that are scheduled to record and show up when I check to see if they will record on the specific day. My storage is only 40%. I have a show that says it will record and doesn’t. Now I have a show that has been recording and showed it would record tonight and didn’t. What is going on????

    Go into the DVR menu and then into DVR history and look for any relevant cancellation events and open them up and look for the reason. Otherwise, that can happen with re-runs when you have the DVR set up to record only new episodes of a series and it can also be due to contemporaneous schedule changes which, for example, is or was a pretty common thing with Hallmark.

    I am not finding DVR history anywhere

    I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. It sounds like your box may need to be reset. This can be done by unplugging the box from the cable line and the power line for a solid 3-5 minutes. Can you try this and let me know if this helps? -Lyn
