Why is there constant internet outages and disconnects in my area? We live the the Spring Valley Rd and Montfort area. We’ve missed 2 days of work because of it within the last 3 weeks. I routinely have disconnects and have restart my modem and router all the time.

    Welcome to our community! I took a look at the account using the information from your registration. While the signal levels look good, I do see that the modem is timing out quite frequently. Timeouts do require a technician visit to resolve. I see that there is an appointment scheduled in the near future to have a technician address the issues for you.
