Landline is reflecting name of previous # owner

Our landline ID is reflecting the name of previous # user. How can we change our landline ID to reflect our name vs previous owner assigned this #? People don’t answer our call because it is reflecting the old owner’s name. Thanks for steps to update our caller ID.
