I never received a copy of the terms and conditions I signed and the price is different than the door to door salesguy quoted me.

Terms and conditions are accepted during the activation process. You can view our Terms of Service / Policies online at any time. An order confirmation including rates is emailed prior to starting services and we do have a 30 day money back guarantee if it is not to your liking.
