Roku device


I have had to change my password like 4xs now in the past 4mos. I’m running out of passwords. It is only happening on my tvs. I have now had to resort to doing an AirPlay off my phone or tablet. This is getting ridiculous.

    There could be a couple of things requiring you to change your My Account password. If someone is entering your information incorrectly it can prompt a change of password. If our system believe there is a risk to your account you may also be required to change your password. If you have the password saved on other devices but have not updated that device with the new password information it may cause this type of concern as well. -Lyn
