email it never shows up

When I send a test email from gmail or outlook to my new @raybritopcservices.com (mail.twcbc.com) email it never shows up. I can send an email from the webportal (mail.twcbc.com) to gmail and it is received fine, but if I reply to it I never see it in my inbox (mail.twcbc.com), my outbox is empty, no errors, nothing to state it was not deliver.

So why cant emails sent from mail.twcbc.com be completed?

If I send emails from gmail to my other mail.twcbc.com accounts it works as expected.
