Spectrum.net web site's billing issues?

On logged in https://www.spectrum.net/billing web page: 

Its Statement Details' View Printable Statement link goes to https://www.spectrum.net/ home page.

Current Charges' Changes from last month toggling button doesn't change (on and off). It used to work in the past. 

Is anyone else seeing this problem too? I used both updated 64-bit Edge and Firefox in my updated 64-bit W10 Pro. PC. Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)
