Why does the Spectrum app crash when trying to access cloud recordings on my iPhone13?

I have an I phone 13 and cannot get access to my recorded shows on cloud dvr. Have plenty of storage space on the phone. I have deleted and reloaded the app. Rebooted the phone. Still crashes one recorded icon is selected.

    Are you able to access recordings on other devices? Are you able to launch the tv app on the iPhone?

    The TV app works until I selected the icon for recorded content. It flashes and crashes

    i can get recorded content from Roku

    Do you have a different mobile device you can use to test the app and try and replicate the issue?

    Thanks. We are not seeing any reports of a widespread issue. It sounds like it is potentially an issue with the iPhone. You can also try accessing the app while away from home to determine if the issue is a connectivity based issue.
