What can I do to keep my phone from freezing? I have used up most of my available storage.

I thought I bought more storage but it doesn't seem to make a difference??? I only have 32gb total internal storage.

    Welcome to our community! If you are referring to your cell phone, the option to add additional storage would depend on the device. If the device accepts microSD cards, you can insert one into the device to use as additional storage for photos, videos, and downloaded content, though it will usually install apps to the internal storage. Most Samsung and Motorola phones will accept microSD cards, where iPhones do not. If you check the instruction manual for the phone it will say if the device does and where the tray for the card is located.
