So unless you have a Spectrum DVR box even if you have cloud DVR you cannot pause or rewind live TV?

So unless you have a Spectrum DVR box even though you have Xumo and cloud DVR - you cannot pause or rewind live tv? What do we need to make this happen? They did not tell us this when we signed up or when the tech was here to install Spectrum.

    I apologize for any confusion. At this time customers are only able to pause and rewind live TV on a physical DVR. The cloud DVR does not have that ability regardless of what platform you are using the app on.

    So why wouldn’t they tell me that when I called to order Spectrum service and specifically asked about that? And how do I get a physical DVR? Is that from Spectrum?

    I apologize that they didn't advise you that the pause/rewind live TV was limited to a physical DVR. If you call in to 855-707-7328 a DVR can be added to the account and can either be mailed out to you or picked up at your local Spectrum store.
