Got new Xumo and the picture gets blurry a lot and also buffers. What could the issue be?

Got a new Xumo and the picture gets blurry on multiple apps and buffers a lot. I have very fast wireless internet… what can my issue be?

    Buffering and reduced quality is almost always caused by problems with internet. I recommend rebooting your modem and router, and try testing it while in the same room as the router or with a device connected by ethernet cables to see if the issue persists.
