Blurry Recorded Movies

Having same issue as Burry post. Recorded movies skip and blur along with buffer. So far this Xumo box and remote are not panning out to be user friendly.

    I do apologize for this inconvenience. This is only happening on all the recorded show and movies or just movies?

    It is actually happening on recorded as well as live. Just last night while watching live HBO it started buffering /scipping frames and when it came back on the overall picture was faded. I went to other channels and they were faded as well
