I can sign in to see the bill but I can't sign into the tv app to watch anything, it won't let me sign in at all. All it does is give me the error code dli-2333... please help

Will you please try rebooting your modem and router, and test if you get a similar error using the app on a different device or going to watch.spectrum.net?
