STLP-999 and STLP-4004

My Samsung TV Spectrum App is giving me both STLP-999 and STLP-4004 Errors.

Why is that?

    Hi @Daveed, welcome to our community!

    Those errors are typically caused by intermittent connection issues. Please try rebooting your modem and router, and test with the TV as close to the router as possible.
