Every time I try to connect to a spectrum hotspot it give me the unable to connect error message but in the past I would be able to connect. And other accounts are able to connect except mine.

Are you trying to connect to a network named "Spectrum Free Trial", or do you have the Spectrum WiFi profile installed through the My Spectrum app?
I tried signing to in to spectrum free trial but it didn’t work so I did install the WiFi profile and that didn’t work either
Is there an error message when you try connecting?
It’s just says unable to connect
What type of device are you using?
ive tried with iPhone and my laptop
