Every time I try to connect to a spectrum hotspot it give me the unable to connect error message but in the past I would be able to connect. And other accounts are able to connect except mine.

Hi @Jesus0113, welcome to our community!

Are you trying to connect to a network named "Spectrum Free Trial", or do you have the Spectrum WiFi profile installed through the My Spectrum app?

I tried signing to in to spectrum free trial but it didn’t work so I did install the WiFi profile and that didn’t work either

Because you are experiencing this issue on more than one device, I would advise reaching out to our Hotspot Support team directly via phone at 1-888-851-9350 for further assistance.
