Xumo box worked, now it won't connect

Have had Spectrum and Xumo for 3 weeks. The Xumo Box won't connect to the Router. Apple devices I have work fine and connect to the Spectrum Router. The Xumo repeatedly asks to connect. Says not connected. WPS does not work either for Xumo. Seems it died in the middle of an Amazon Prime Video movie.

    Welcome to Community Forums! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing connectivity issues with the Xumo box, we are happy to assist. Have you tried rebooting the modem, router and Xumo box?

    Jaleesa,

    Everything else connected to the router and modem work flawlessly. Only the Xumo Box won't connect, after repeatedly following the connect prompts on the Xumo.

    Xumo is currently working. I'll leave it on to see if it overheats with time.
