    Have you tried uninstalling the Spectrum TV app? I would uninstall the app. After the app is uninstalled reboot your modem, followed by your router if applicable. After the reboot, soft reset your Smart TV. (By holding down the TV remote-not Spectrum Remote-Power button until the TV turns off and the title screen for the TV comes back on. Now reinstall the Spectrum TV app. Does it work?

    The reason for doing all of this is so that any updates that might be "stuck" in the device queue can get updated. If this doesn't work, please list the make and model number of your TV, the version number of the Spectrum app that you are running, and the make and model number of your modem and router. This information should also be supplied if the issue returns after a short period of time following reboots.
