Any fixes for the spectrum app and the constant buffering?

We are having constant buffering on the spectrum app. All other apps are working without buffering. We have had two service calls regarding this issue. All equipment appears to be working fine.

    I do apologize for this issue that you're having with the TV App. Is this on a cellphone, iPad or Apple TV device?
