App always blurry

I am using the spectrum app on multiple tvs in my house. Some are Roku and some are Samsung tvs. The picture is consistently blurry. I have tried resetting the devices which only works for a short time. I have tried YouTube tv on the same devices and picture nis crystal clear. Please help.

    Blurry images are typically a connectivity or interference issue, especially when seen on multiple devices. Are you also seeing an error message? Are the devices connected wireless to the internet?
