So when is Disney+ going to be available to Spectrum customers?

I lost one of my favorite channels as a result of the Charter-Disney deal with a promise that the agreement was going to be great because I would be receiving Disney+. That was months ago, and there has been no other word.

Hello @JCRIII and welcome to our community!

At this time, we do not have any further information regarding when Disney+ will be available to our TV subscribers. Once more information is available, this will be sent to the primary contact email on your Spectrum account.

Speaking of Disney content, I continue to see Spectrum offering Freeform on demand, Nat Geo on demand and now on the Entertainment Tier Disney junior and XD on demand. If chosen how do you watch this content on demand as I don't see it as an on demand option on the Spectrum App? Freeform app doesn't even list Spectrum as an option.

Nat Geo, yes, @MRSTL. Freeform, Diz Jr., Diz XD; not at all (not directly, anyway.)

Edit: @MRSTL : All i can figure is that you can get Diz Jr. and Diz XD on demand content via Disney+ and the only question is when will Disney release Disney+ to be included with Spectrum's baseline TV Select subscriptions. As far as Freeform on-demand content goes, i guess you'd need either a Freeform or Hulu subscription for that, now of days, and, in the case of Hulu, i guess such subscription would now also show up in Disney+.

When are we going to get ESPN+ and Disney as promised during the agreement with Disney?

    Welcome!

I heard first quarter of 2024. It is supposed to be for Spectrum Select Plus subscribers. What I don't know is you are grandfathered into a Spectrum account, such as Spectrum Select with Entertainment View (That's me.) will you have to go to Spectrum Select + just to get Disney+?

I compared line ups and Spectrum Select with Entertainment View is the same lineup literally as Spectrum Select plus. The other new channel package is Spectrum Signature, which is basically new Spectrum Select plus without sports channels.

Just checking on what the latest status is with the Spectrum -- Disney Plus news. When can we start using Disney Plus with my Spectrum account.

    Thanks,

As far as the "what" goes, my understanding is that Disney+ as well as a forthcoming ESPN flagship-focused streaming service will be included with any flavor of TV Select and ESPN+ will be included strictly with TV Select Plus.

Also, Entertainment View remains an optional add-on for any flavor of TV Select as far as i can tell, and none of the dozens of channels covered by it appear to be pre-included with TV Select Signature.
