HD-DVR got erased

Sometime in December, my entire DVR got erased, along with all scheduled recordings. Why did this happen? Is there a way to restore the data? This happened once before as well. The DVR is useless if Spectrum is going to completely delete everything on it repeatedly. It was about 5% full.

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    We do not have a way to remotely delete your DVR recordings or settings. There is not a way to restore the data though. If this has happened more than once on the same box I would suggest to swap the box out at a local office for a new one.
