Just wanted to drop a quick note in appreciation of rep Dylan (ID# *****2262). He took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with me to resolve my billing issue. His empathy, professionalism and 'customer first' attitude is the reason I am still with Spectrum and not on the phone with AT&T transferring my service! Thank you Dylan - you are an asset to the Spectrum team! 🙏
