Netgear ORBI CBR750 Wifi6 router with cable modem frequently drops the Internet
And requires a reboot for it to work again. Lately this happens at least once a day while previously it worked fine for months at end. There have been no changes at my end. I live in zip code 92625 and all the wiring in my house (electrical, ethernet, and cable) was replaced about 2 years ago. My average Internet download speed is 500Mbs. Other than this issue, I have been very happy with Spectrum Internet service.
Below is the event log with on top the events that occurred during a recent Internet drop. Do any of those entries provide a clue what might be wrong? Specifically, I wonder about "Warning (5) RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power in Excess of 6 dB Below the Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW".

Hi @PeterB, welcome to our community!
I recommend trying one more reboot but this time remove both the power cord and coaxial cable from the modem for at least 30 seconds, tap the tip of the coax port on the modem, and then reconnect starting the the coax first. If the issue persists afterward the next steps would be replacing the modem or scheduling an appointment with a technician to check the signals.

Thanks, William. To be honest, I was a little skeptical that your suggestion would work but it has been a week now, and no Internet drop-outs! Just for my benefit so I understand why, what is the reason disconnecting the coax cable and tapping the tip of the modem's coax port resolved the problem?
