How do you get the voice activation to work on your xumo box

I push the microphone down and I talk, but it doesn’t do anything

    Good evening @8686 and Welcome to our Community Forums.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about the Voice control with your Xumo box. The steps listed below are how you use this feature:

    To use a voice command:

    1. Press and hold the  on your remote

    2. Say a command into the microphone at the top of your remote

      3. Release the button after you’re finished and let Xumo do the work!

    If this does not work, I recommend resetting the Xumo box and checking the batteries for the remote as well. Please let us know if you need any further assistance. -Lyn
