How can I get the Ultimate Ad-Free/4k tier for Max?

It has been very frustrating to be downgraded from 4k to 1080p streaming quality recently with the Max subscription I get through Spectrum. Even more frustrating is that there's no way for me to get back to a 4k tier. Are there any plans to change the subscription back to the "Ultimate Ad-Free" tier for Max through Spectrum? Is there any way I can get 4k streaming availability back?
