Where on the website can I see tier options/pricing that include TCM?

The chat feature tells me I have access to TCM on 60, 177 or 861, bit all three options give me the error screen telling me to upgrade my service. Your website indicates that TCM is unavailable on all three tiers that are offered in my area. I regularly watch 3 channels on Charter/Spectrum, and TCM is one of those. I would gladly trade all of the music channels I have never used and 6 of the sports channels and ALL of the FOX channels in exchange for the channels we actually watch.
