Spectrum TV app not working with Verizon home internet - missing channels

Trying out Verizon 5G home internet. Have a couple of TV's with Roku and Spectrum app. Not all the channels are coming up available as to our our spectrum cable TV, mainly local channels as in ABC, NBC, CBS. Spoke with Verizon, they said the router use a dynamic IP address, and maybe the problem and to contact Spectrum.

I do apologize for this inconvenience. In order for all the channel to work on our TV App, you have to be connected to our internet connection. You can use the channel app if you're not connected to our network.
