What causes poor Internet stability ?

Why does my internet connection go down every single day, three or four times a day. Usually right when I start to upload something, or download something. Every single day! It goes down and takes about 3 to 5 minutes for it to start working again.

    Welcome to our community! I'm sorry to hear about the internet issues. Are you seeing the connection issues on a wired or wireless connection? Have you done any troubleshooting, such as rebooting the modem or router?
