I live in Kansas City, Missouri with my family and our service is down. The TV, internet, and phone keep going in and out. The service has been acting up since yesterday (Saturday).
We have rebooted the service a few times, but no luck.

The easiest way to check if you're in an outage is with the My Spectrum app or by signing in at Spectrum.net. You can also call 1-855-707-7328, if you call from the number on the account it should automatically advised of any outages.
It says we are not in an outage but our service is still down.
I was able to locate your account using your registration information and looks like you do have a service call scheduled.
If the technician is not able to resolve the issue with a service call, please let us know.
A technician came and fixed the problems. So our service is fine now.
