How to fix ALP-999 error code

There is an issue with Apple TV and Spectrum. I tried resetting Apple TV box and router like suggested….nothing. Resolved easy, though. Double click on center button on Apple TV remote… then start swiping up on all the open windows and close them. Magic- spectrum works right away. Easy peasey.

    Thanks for taking the time to come here and share that fix! If it happens again I recommend rebooting your modem in addition to the router.
