Why can't I log in to watch.spectrum.net?

I can log in to the spectrum.net site fine- however attempting to log in to watch.spectrum.net in any way, or connect to a network website through it, is stuck on loading, the circle rotates forever and never finishes. I have had this problem on multiple computers and browsers, none of them will load watch.spectrum.net as of a few days ago- before that everything was fine.

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community. I am not seeing any known issues with the website at this time.

    Can you try to reset the modem by unplugging the power cord and the screw in coax cord to see if that helps? The app/website authenticates through the modem so a reset can fix these types of issues.

    It just randomly fixed itself at some point, nothing I tried did anything. At least it's working now.
