Why do I keep getting error code STLP-4005 on all channels when trying to connect my TV wireless? I can get all of my other services OK
Welcome to Community Forums!! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing connectivity issues with your TV, we are happy to look into this for you. Are you having an issue with any other devices connecting? Or is it just with the TV?

Has the TV connected successfully to the wireless network in the past? Or is this a first time setup?
Has worked in the past but hasn't worked in the last few weeks.
Can you reboot both your modem and router by unplugging the power from them both for 30 seconds then plug it back in. Once that's done, try connecting the TV to your wireless network.
