    My Spectrum rep told me by then end of Feb 2024 for my area but I was hoping you all might have some more information. Maybe local deployment information is kept from you. I know I am in phase 1 of your 3 phase rollout. I guess I will wait till the end of February and hope my uploads go symmetrical then.
