Not playing back complete show when fast forwarding

A main point of recording shows is so you can skip commercials. However, no matter the show, the DVR cuts the show short. Hour shows down to 10 minutes. It's ridiculous...

    Welcome to Community Forums! Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your DVR recording. Have you checked your storage space to ensure there is enough storage to record new content?

    So frustrated! I keep trying to watch a show that says it recorded the complete show but it cuts off 15-20 minutes before it ends. Why does it do this& how to fix? Yes there is plenty of memory in the DVR library.

    What device are you using? Does the same thing happen if you test on a different device?
