My left arrow doesn't take me back to where I can select library, nothing displays

When watching TV I selected the left arrow to see the scroll bar to see Home, Guide, Library, on demand etc and nothing happens. I can hit the right arrow that allows me to see the mini guide but that's all I can't get to my library nothing displays

    Thank you for reaching out to us about the arrow functions. I am not sure what troubleshooting you have completed already. Have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the App yet? -Lyn
