Spectrum app on roku/password reset



My husband and I use the spectrum app and are often asked to reset the password, even after we reset the password. We both use it on our separate devices and on our communal devices. These reset messages are mostly on our Roku devices I believe.

Why does it keep doing this? Super annoying.

    I'm sorry you're having issues with your password. Are you accessing the Spectrum TV app on devices away from your home internet connection often? There are security features in place that can require a password reset if so. -Mo
